VERY IMPORTANT
1. The warranty is for zippers and seams only
2. The warranty does not cover damages caused to the suitcase's mechanism by outer damage or breakage caused to the body of the suitcase.
3. Rolling of the suitcase has to be on a flat surface and cannot be taken up or down the stairs. In the case of using a staircase, the customer should carry it up without friction to the stair's surface.
4. We highly recommend checking the suitcase before leaving the terminal! In case you have found damage in your suitcase in the terminal, you must report the damage to the airline company.
